Spas are to be unloaded and delivered to customer's curbside location or garage only accessible.  Standard 48 or 51 foot over-the-road air ride logistic van.

1. Driveway or garage (if accessible) placement.. The delivery area must be accessible to a tractor trailer truck (dimensions 80ft. in length with a minimum of 13.6ft. in clearance. Delivery areas not accessible by tractor trailer will be subject to additional changes up to $300.

  1. Residence must be accessible to standard 48 or 51 foot over-the-road air ride logistic van.
  2. Delivery area must be free from obstructions (fence, shrubs, trees, etc.) that would interfere with the delivery path.
  3. The path the delivery crew will take from the truck to the backyard placement area must be relatively level (no steep inclines).
  4. Spa will be placed horizontally one time not to exceed 30 inches off the ground.
  5. Carrier will not be responsible for rigging, fence, gate, or door removal.
  6. Carrier will not be responsible for hook-up of spa.
  7. Attempted delivery charge of $75 will apply.
  8. Includes three (3) men - 1 hour Deliveries exceeding 1 hour will be billed @$112.50/hour with a 1 hour minimum.
  9. Site survey may be performed for $50.
  10. Rates based on deliveries between 8:00 am. - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays are excluded. Additional overtime charges will apply for service requested beyond the above stated hours and any time weekends subject to service provider's availability.

 Shipping time: In stock spas (must call to order) are delivered around 14days depending on shipping lactation.  Our custom spas take  4 weeks in production and the shipping is 1 week. Usually the spa is to your door within 4-5 weeks. After each spa is shipped out, we will contact you via email with the PRO # to track your shipment and the Phone # to call the shipping company. 

HomeStep I : Delivery Success 

After ordering a spa  poolwarehouse customer service will call you when your spa ships out. Customer service will tell you your PRO #(tracking) and the transportations company name and phone #1-800-443-0940..  The customer will  call the transportation company arranging time and date of delivery of your spa to your house or business.  Calling your local transportation office helps to coordinate the shipment and makes a smooth delivery. The delivery company will call you a few days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment.  

Step IIReceiving your Spa: 

 The delivery company is responsible for unloading the spa. The delivery company cannot install your spa. It is the spa owner's responsibility to wire and install the spa. Only the person who ordered the spa will need to be present at this time.  All spas come factory direct: Spas are packaged for commercial shipping and are seldom damaged.  Any damages will be notated on the bill of lading before the shipper leaves. The bill of lading is the same form you must sign before the shipper leaves.

All spas are new or made just for you. In stock spas are spas made for fast sales and stored in the manufacture's warehouse; stock is limited and sell fast.  Benefits of buying from Pool Warehouse factory direct: lowest price guarantee, custom options, a new spa (spas have not been sitting on show room floors for months or years). 

Note to customer: Pool Warehouse Spas are all equipped with  2 speed pumps (energy efficient)  and are controlled thermally to maintain constant water temperature. Our spas do not run constantly wasting energy and we have real heaters in all our spas. Please review top links and read the online manuals. They are there to acquaint you with our spas and help in selection.

Ordering Restrictions: No cancellations can be accepted after the spa has shipped from the manufacturer. Once order is shipped and delivered the customer is responsible for any and all freight charges should it be necessary to return the spa to the manufacturer with the exception of defects that are not repairable by the manufacturers Nationwide service technicians.
