All of our in ground swimming pool kits come with dig specs, a pool kit installation video, a detailed installation manual, Free curb side shipping and Free lift gate service.  Pool Warehouse doesn’t sell “Economy” Pool Kits that are missing essential parts or come with sub standard equipment that will need to be upgraded later.  All of our in ground Pool Kits come standard with Premium Hayward Pool Equipment Products and top of the line Hydra Swimming Pool Panels!  Please see our Equipment List for a complete listing of all product that is included with your pool kit.

Does My Pool Kit Come With A Swimming Pool Liner

How is my Pool Kit delivered?

All of our swimming pool kits ship free to select states and are delivered by semi (18 wheel) truck; All non free form swimming pool kits should ship within 15-20 business day; free form pool kits ship within 20-45 days.  All of our swimming pool kits, depending on pool size and shape, are usually delivered on 3-4 standard 4×8 pallets, including the pool step.  Due to the size and weight of a pool kit, they can only be shipped by truck or common carrier. At the discretion of the delivery company the truck driver may chose to deliver your order to a different location if restricted by neighborhood regulations or if location is rural and inaccessible by truck.

How do I get my pool kit off the truck and who is responsible?

Swimming pool kit’s must be unloaded by the customers receiving the order, this is not the responsibility of the trucking company. The driver is not responsible for unloading the truck. He may help but is not required to, and whatever items he removes please make sure to inspect them for damage. The pallets are wrapped and are easily opened to remove box by box.

We have received the pool and we have a damaged (?)

Recipient MUST check for shipping damage before signing the delivery ticket. The pallets are wrapped and are easily opened to remove box by box. Recipient must report any missing and/or damaged items before the shipper leaves. Report items on the bill of Lading and then fax to 800-515-1747,  Pool Warehouse. All damaged items must be sent back with the shipper for a quick replacement of the damaged item.  Please follow our instructions and look for any item that may be damage (claim with shipper before he leaves) this is an essential to our fast replacement of any damaged items.  Damaged items must be sent back with the shipper.

What if we have questions when installing our Pool Kit?

Please call tech support (the phone number is found in your installation kit) for installation questions and to help guide you through the building process from 9-5 eastern standard time Monday- Friday. Please make sure to leave a message if all lines are busy, your call will be returned within 48 hours. With over 20 years experience per tech they are worth their weight in gold.

Do I Need Professional Excavation & Electrical Services.

Everyone should have their swimming pool excavated by a professional.  The electrical needs to be wired by a licensed electrician.  All the other steps can be performed by the home owner or a handy man.   This is an average cost prices may be lower or higher in your area.

• (Dig) Excavation = $800-$1500.
• Hard or soft bottom concrete: Soft: $900 Hard: $1800
• Decking: Pavers: $7=900 Concrete deck: $2000 or as much as you can afford.
• Electrical: Always hire a electrician to install your system and light. $450-$950
• Plumbing: Do it yourself. Or handy man $500
• Walls placement: Do it yourself. Or handy man $500
