| Q: Where will the freight
company ship? |
| A: Shipping is free within the
Continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska; we currently do
not ship outside of the U.S. The freight will be deliver to your front
door only, or into a covered area, such as a garage. The freight
company cannot enter your home. The
freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date
and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival.
Before signing for delivery, inspect the package for any potential
damage that may have occurred while in transit. It's normal for the
packaging to show some wear; however, if there is extensive visible
damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact us by calling
1-800-319-3588 with your order number ready.

| A: It takes about 1-2 days to
process the order. Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the
destination. If the table you have ordered is out of stock then It may
take up to 4-6 weeks for your table to ship.

| A: No, Pool Warehouse will pay for
crate and shipping fees.

and I still haven’t received my table? |
A: In extremely rare occasions, a
delay may occur within the freighting company.
If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will resolve any
issues with
the freighting company and expedite the table to you.

| A: Yes, you can install the table
yourself, though we would highly recommend having a professional
installer set up the table for you. We can help you locate a
professional installer in your local area. Professional installer
charges between $200 to $300..

manual as to how to install the pool table? |
| A: We don’t have manuals available
but there are instruction books available online and you can find
references in your local library. Nevertheless, we still recommend that
you seek a professional installer to ensure proper leveling and play of
all pool tables. For even an experienced professional installer
requires a few hours to install the table to standards.

Can I cancel my order? |
| A: You can cancel your order as
long as the table has not been shipped. Once the table has been shipped
it can be returned at the expense of the purchaser. Shipping and crate
fees will not be refunded.
