 Indoor/outdoor
ambiance surrounds this one-piece pool and spa. Large sliding
glass panels give the home owners the option of opening up the
space or protecting it from inclement weather. An automatic
cover affords additional protection.
The pool itself sports a bench and access steps adjacent to
the wall dividing the two bodies of water. The handrail aids
access to both the pool and spa.
On the spa side, two J benches and a 6-inch aerobic step
support various aquatic workouts. Plus, the spa is deep enough
for the owners to stand while exercising.
Meanwhile, stamped concrete decking is cantilevered around
the 23-foot-long pool and spa, both of which are lit with
fiber-optics.

from the elements underneath a screened enclosure, this
simplistic pool and spa combination has more to it than meets
the eye.
The health-conscious homeowners positioned this exercise
pool to overlook Crescent Lake. So, when working out, they not
only treated their bodies, but their eyes as well.
A swim jet system was installed so they get a complete,
full body workout in the 8.5-by-23-foot fiberglass pool.
A spa attached directly to the pool, so after the workout,
users can gain fast relief.
Adjoining steps for the pool and spa, positioned at the
inside corners with a safety rail, allow safe and easy access.

side of this therapeutic swim spa has its own controls,
circulation equipment and heater. That way, the cool water in
the larger part of the vessel can be kept at an ideal
temperature for swimming, while the warm water in the smaller
area is kept perfect for soaking and stretching.
The pool side has six swim jets for treadmill-style
swimming workouts, while the spa side has 15 jets on a
dedicated pump.
The 8.5-by-23-foot pool and spa combination is framed with
brick coping that fits inside the power cover tracks. The
deck, meanwhile, is colored and patterned like sand to
complement its lakefront setting.
A wooden bench hides the cover mechanism, as well as the
cover itself when the pool and spa are in use.
A patented automatic system using UV light and hydrogen
peroxide treats the water.
