“I just wanted to send you a pic of my pool and give an honest review of my experience with Pool Warehouse. You can do what you like with it. First, When I decided to buy my pool kit online I was nervous to say the least, but the overall experience was exceptional. From The ordering process, to my phone calls with questions to final delivery (which came as promised on time and fully intact) was wonderful. Not only did I get the pool I always wanted for a fraction of the price of any dealer in my area, and believe me, I called them all, but after my first full season using my pool, I just returned to Pool Warehouse to order my winter safety cover.”
“I really don’t need any help, just wanted to leave a review. I purchased and received my pool kit around may 11 2019. After much help from Tanner my design and order was perfect. Everything was delivered in perfect condition as it was packaged for shipment carefully to avoid any damage. I was sent an inventory sheet and went over everything carefully as recommended and all was there undamaged. It was a little overwhelming at first but with the help of you installation instructions and numerous videos on your website it started to make sense. I made a list of all work in order and started this massive project. With the exception of paying a concrete finisher to do a professional job on my decking around the pool( he poured and finished I did all dirt work and sets forms), I with help from my wife and son in law completed everything else. the kit was very complete with great instructions and measurements. after 3 weeks with only 6 days of rain we are finished, and it looks great. I have had several people look at it and they are amazed. I received several quotes for over $40,000. for the same pool and I built it for less than $16000. and this is with over 1500 sq ft of concrete decking. I set up a camera for time lapse photos and captured the entire job. This was a great purchase for my family and I proved most anyone can do this. “Wanted to share that we really had a great experience with this company. I was quoted $42,000 for a similar pool (24′ x 44′ Rectangle) from a local pool company and was about to not do this project. My wife stumbled across Pool Warehouse and got a quote for around $15,000 for the same pool with all the options we wanted. I ended up acting as the contractor and hired a local guy to dig the pool and then we did the rest of the work ourselves. What a great family project! I ended up hiring a guy to pour my decks (my wife got carried away, we probably could have saved money but we poured a huge deck area) anyway we ended up spending around $24,000 when it was all said and done. We saved allot of money and I got way more options and a bigger deck than going with my local pool builder guy. “First of all, I completed my pool project as a DIY home owner. My experience dealing with Pool Warehouse was outstanding. From the very begging when I was shopping around for a pool kit supplier I found there web site to be very user friendly and the customer service to be equally as pleasing. Not having built a pool before they recommended products I would need and others that I did not need to save me money so I could do the project on my budget with my skill level. Because I did not have any way of offloading the delivery once it arrived I opted for the lift gate service which was extremely helpful. The pool kit package arrived just as I ordered with full instruction and I was ready to go. With attention to deal and a full set of plans I completed the project almost entirely on my own. I rented an excavator from Home Depot, and with the help of a friend of mine, he and I dug the pool in one day. From there I put in the panels, leveled, plumbed, completed the electrical, backfilled, and prepped the site for concrete. I then had another friend come and help me complete the pool base which we done in one day. I contracted the concrete pad out to a trusted concrete finisher and once they were done I dropped in the liner and started filling my pool. I added a fire pit and covered grilling area to the project to really finish off my outdoor living area. I found the project to be extremely satisfying, not to mention I saved myself a ton of money. Doing a pool by yourself is not for everyone but if you are on a budget, can fallow construction plans, and not afraid of a little hard work you can put in your own pool for almost half the price.” John Mims (Source, Trustpilot)

“To whomever it may concern, I’ve recently purchased a pool from Pool Warehouse and I thought I should take the time to give you some well deserved feedback. I can honestly tell you that the reason I purchased the pool from you had nothing to do with price, your web site, or customer reviews. Being from South Dakota, I have no one to go to as far as pool contractors go nor do I claim to know anything about pools. After calling many different pool distributors, I remained unsure that I was going to buy the right product and was snubbed by numerous sales people and company’s that would not return my phone calls. Frustrated and ready to throw in the towel, I called your number. Drew Crabtree answered my call and my response was “Sorry I’m not better prepared, I didn’t think anyone would answer” (because of my previous experiences). He laughed and said “wow, you are serious”. I want to tell you that your salesman “Drew Crabtree” was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond any of my expectations. He s should be commended on his professionalism and willingness to help answer absolutely any and all questions that I had. His personality was also perfect. He was patient with me as I made numerous changes to the pool design. His advise was top notch and he went out of his way make sure that I would receive the pool of my family’s dreams. Its not very often that you run into salesman like that anymore. To be honest, I put every bit of my trust in him and his judgment so I couldn’t even tell you if I got a good deal or paid too much. I just don’t care, he sold me. I have also worked in customer service for years and I know that a satisfied customer is the key to any business’s success. Maybe everyone at Pool Warehouse is the same way, that I don’t know? What I do know, is that you have someone working for you that made my experience with Pool Warehouse a very pleasurable experience. Quite often, good employees go unnoticed. “Pool Warehouse takes care of their customers and the prices are very good. I originally bought an in-ground pool kit from them. Early on I realized the anchors for the pool ladder and an actuator valve were missing. They shipped them out right away. Later on I found my liner to have been made by Hydra to be about 6 inches short and would not stretch into place. I worked with Pool Warehouse install expert, Jeff who walked me through every step. I contacted Christina S. and she was the best. She understood my issue and had a new liner made and shipped within just a few days. It fits as expected.
