The 18′ x 33′ Oval Hydra No Step DIY Semi-Inground Pool Kit is perfect for the individual who wants the strengths of an Inground pool and the versatility of an Above Ground pool. Semi-Inground pools really do bridge the gap between Above Grounds and Inground pools, in giving you almost any and every way to style your decking and look.

Above Ground pools often stick out in the landscape, and usually not in a good way. Decking is often limited to wood decking construction to go up to the top of the pool, or often no decking at all requiring a ladder that goes up and over the pool. Above Grounds come in at a lower price point, but often lack the right styling for a complete appealing look in the landscape. While Inground pools are often the best at completing and complementing a home, they often come with a higher price tag, and can be a hassle to ensure your abiding by your local building codes and regulations. If you have the extra time, and the extra money, we recommend getting the pool of your dreams with a customizable inground pool. But if you need to be somewhere in the middle, you’re going to want to get a Semi-Inground pool.

Hydra’s Semi-Inground Pools are built to be one of the most versatile of any pool you can find on the market. You can place the pool completely in the ground like an inground, completely above ground like an Above Ground, or like its designed, to be somewhere in the middle. The walls are constructed with 18 gage steel and treated with a G-235 zinc rust preventative coating. This allows your pool to remain strong and corrosion resistant, both while it’s submersed below the ground or partially exposed above it.

Speaking of your liner, we worked with Hydra to provide the best selection and covered by a 20-year pro-rated warranty.

For your coping options, we have three different styles to choose from, Closed Profile, Open Profile, and Flex Coping. The Closed Profile Coping is available in gray or tan and is perfect for people who are looking for a traditional above ground look. The Open Profile Coping, also available in gray and tan, is perfect for those who want to have wood decking around their pool as it will merge the decking and coping together to create a seamless look. The last option available is White Flex Coping and is available for individuals who are looking to have concrete decking and pavers. This coping gives more of a traditional inground look.

Choices to make:

• Liner Options: These liners have been preselected for availability, and speed, so the liner manufacturing process doesn’t slow down the speed of the delivery of your pool.
• Coping Options : Open and Closed Profile in Gray or Tan, or White Flex Coping. Open Profile allows for you to be able to get your wood decking as close as possible to your pool, Closed Profile is for the person who just needs a simple finish to their pool, and the Flex Coping is designed for use with those who want to use concrete or paver decking with their pool.
• Handrail/Ladder Options: The sturdy Confer A-Frame Ladder for those who don’t plan on using decking with their pool, or the simple, but elegant deluxe handrail with anchors and escutcheons for those pouring a deck around their pool.
• Pool Equipment: We’ve curated some of the best equipment to pair with your new pool that won’t break the bank. Such as a pump and filter to operate your pool, and some that are desired by pool owners like pool cleaners and automation equipment. If you already have one you want to use, or don’t want one that we have curated then choose the selection as “None”.
• Shipping: These pools are manufactured in Tennessee which means we’re able to ship free to 35 of the contiguous states. But for our friends in the North-West and Western United States we have to charge extra shipping. (Note: We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.)
