HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also, installation is NOT easy, and if something goes wrong, don’t expect ANY SUPPORT from Pool Warehouse or the manufacturer. You will end up LOSING money!
We purchased a pool believing the website’s claim of “easy installation”. Bought a pool $2640.00 + accessories for a grand total of $4460.00. Shipping alone was approx $600. Did everything the instructions said to do. Ground was very level using a laser level and very experienced handy men helping with installation. Long story short, Steel Wall ended up bending and became unusable. Due to the difficulty of installation, brand new liner ended up tearing. The company and website claimed:
“DO IT YOURSELF INSTALLATION!”
“If you’re handy with a screwdriver, then you can easily assemble your own Dubai above ground pool kit! We’ve designed each pool to make installation problem-free — no multi-sized washers or nuts to worry about. Just one large screw type is used to assemble the entire pool and we provide easy-to-follow instructions.”
Contacted customer service for support hoping we could purchase just the steel wall and a new liner. They were not helpful at all, and their “resolution” was to sell us another wall and liner for a total of another $2315.00 + TAX. That is almost the cost of the whole pool kit! Horrible experience with this company. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
