The product came with two white wires attached to the two prongs on the power input and the loose wires sticking out. When I talked with tech support they could not tell me how to connect the two RED wires that I had on the current set up and that I would have to call an electrician. I think this is VERY POOR customer service when you sell a product like this and can’t help the customer with a simple instruction. I went to my local pool store and the simple answer is “remove the two white wires and place your red wires in the same place the white wires were located. No need to use the white wires and wire nut and electrical tape that connection.” I don’t understand why your people could not tell me this information over the phone.
