   The product is not the issue. It’s the double billing and lack of response from this company. I’ve left emails and voice messages after waiting over 20 mins. Each call. Please call me back

   This was very sketchy from the beginning when receiving an unsolicited call from your company if I made an order. I responded yes & asked if this call was about not having the part I ordered & they responded yes & then I asked if the order was processed & be sent in the next day? This person started asking more questions & avoiding my questions. This person went back to reading from paperwork on their agenda. I said I do not need a bunch of smoke & mirrors just answer my questions & finally the answer was yes.
   I finally received an email to track my delivery. When clicking the link there was no information on a delivery date this was Nonday afternoon & called customer service with more double talk & they didn’t seem to be able to answer any questions. I called again on Thursday & now was told they are a 3rd party company & have not received the part & would get an email with tracking today late evening. I dis receive an email that label was established & no schedule for pickup & still no delivery date.
   Finally, it was delivered on Sunday & seemed to be correct.
   With all the miscommunication & being evasive on delivery I will not order form this company again & pay the $10 more for a real company.
