Product sent to us does not match the item number we ordered. The box appears to have the correct labels, but the product included (has no tags or labels on the unit) is not what we need. Have contacted Customer Service both by phone and email, and radio silence. When we called, they wouldn’t give us a new unit, but said I would need to call back for a call tag to get a return label. Not a fan, would not recommend.
