I ordered a pump and received it defective/damaged. I’ve done everything this company has asked and it has now been over two weeks and I’ve yet to receive a replacement or how they intent to resolve this issue. Customer service is obviously not concerned with customer happiness. Part was bought and paid for and I am yet to receive the part I ordered in working condition and it has been over a month that I purchased this item. Decent price but yet to receive what I ordered. Very disappointed with this company’s practices. I would hope they would just do right by the customer.
