This was the exact fit for my Dolphin Primer that I have had for 6 years. To get the top small cap off, merely pry with a small flat screwdriver and the internal bar comes out to allow the rubber brush to slide on. I used WD 40 between the rubber brush and old bar to break it free and slide off.
