received a package with a face plate and gasket for both steps, I left your support team a VM indicating that they only sent screws for one step. Missing 50 screws.

Not what I was expecting to received. A roll of gasket material , two sticks of trim, and a bag of screws for 245 dollars. I know everything is high but I was in shock. I thought I was getting more than I received. Probably my fault not checking it out more thoroughly. Careful on return policy . 20 to 30 percent charge on restocking fees, plus shipping cost. Beware before you buy.
