The Summerset Drop-In Infrared Alturi Sear Burner is rated for 18,000 BTUs, which allows it to reach temperatures up to 1,600 degrees Fahrenheit for searing thick cuts of beef or pork with ease. The plug and play design allows for quick and easy installation, simply remove one of the Alturi burners and swap it out with the searing burner. Designed to fit all Summerset Alturi gas grills.
