SwimShape QuikFire Pro Pool Basketball Hoop
The QuikFire Pro Pool Basketball Hoop by SwimShape features a 48” x 30” solid-frame Lifetime® backboard and rim combo with an all-weather net. The durable Slam-It® rim pro is spring-loaded making it ideal for dunking the ball though the 18″ rim. SwimShape product feature an adjustable design allowing you to raise or lower the Hoop to a desired height for those using it. The QuickFire Pro utilizes either On-Deck drop-in anchors for pre-existing decking, or In-Deck sleeve anchors for those who are installing new instillations.
The new thermoplastic powder coating process provides excellent corrosion protection against salt water pools. The thermoplastic coatings bond tightly to the base, basketball assembly, rim, and rim support hardware creating a durable seal that keeps out rust and corrosion. To add further protection, key bolts, nuts, and washers used with the backboard and rim assembly have been replaced with Type 316 marine grade stainless steel equivalents.
The modular TriplePlay design allows each of the SwimShape pool sports and fitness products (QuikFire Pool Basketball Hoop, QuikSpike Pool Volleyball Set, and Pool-Up Bar) to share the same base (pole). This reduces the cost of combination sets (like the popular Basketball/Volleyball Combo) and reduces clutter on the deck.
SwimShape QuickFire Pro Pool Basketball Hoop Features:
- Lifetime® 48″ x 30″ Shatterproof Backboard: Strong high-impact solid frame with polycarbonate surface and fade-resistant graphics.
- Slam-It® Rim with Spring Back Action: 18-inch regulation size rim utilizes double-compression springs to offer spring-back action. Springs and other rim support hardware are hidden from view by rim cover plate for improved aesthetics.
- Adjustable Height: QuikAdjust knob makes it easy to raise or lower the height of the rim. From the lowest at 42″ from the deck to rim and at the highest 58″ from the deck to the rim. The offset between the backboard and the anchor point comes in at 18″.
- Salt Water Strong: Thermoplastic powder coating process provides excellent corrosion protection against salt water pools. Knobs and other hardware are made of marine grade stainless steel.
- Removable: Both the In-Deck (new installs) and On-Deck (existing deck) models can be removed from the deck for storage without leaving a trip hazard.
