The CMP 25572-202-000 Clip-On Ladder Escutcheon For 1.9 Inch OD Rails; Chrome Plated. This is a special 2-piece escutcheon. This is used as a cover plate for the bottom of the rail or ladder this is useful when the rail will not come out of the deck on half of this snaps into the other half to make a complete escutcheon.
