The product is fine, the description on the webpage is not. The description clearly states that the order includes one escutcheon and if you need two you must order two. So I ordered two and ended up with two pairs of escutcheon. So in the end I paid double what I should have. When contacting PoolWarehouse I was sent their boilerplate RMA instructions which require me to pay return shipping. Ordinarily that would be fine, however this was their mistake and not mine. In the end it’s not worth the hassle since it will likely cost me more to return the extra product than to just eat the loss and toss the extra escutcheons in a bin somewhere to collect dust. I’m a little bugged that I had to buy these in the first place because I bought an entire pool kit from them and for some strange reason they sent white plastic escutcheons to use with the chrome handrail they sent me.
