The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060s 48″ Freestanding Grill with Side Burner provides the ultimate high-end grill that’s crafted for cooking versatility, durability, and longevity – truly a grill of masterful design and engineering. The complete 304 stainless steel construction is highlighted by cast stainless steel “E” burners capable of up to 28,000 BTU each. Fire Magic’s Diamond Sear Cooking Grids provide optimal heat transfer while the 16 gauge stainless steel flavor grids are specially designed to provide even heat distribution preventing hot and cold zones and protect the burners from grease and drippings. The very large 1056 sq in grilling surface offers plenty of grilling area while the (2) Quantum rotisserie back burners are rated for 11,000 BTU each and include the super heavy duty rotisserie kit for professional-style cooking. The double-walled, spring-assisted grill hood features an ergonomic design with a 12″ firebox to offer complete convection cooking that’s topped off with a charcoal/smoker basket for more flavor options. The grill comes on a stainless steel cart which includes two storage doors, a slide-out propane tank holder, and two side shelves. One of these shelves folds down while the other contains a flush-mounted 15,000 BTU side burner for extra cooking versatility. Locking casters keep the cart in place. A 120 VAC power source is required for ignition, as well as for the lighting functions.

Flavor Grids perform by allowing heat to rise unobstructed from the burner to cooking grids. Burners Made of ¼” Thick Cast 304 Stainless Steel 304 grade burners weighing up to 12 lbs, featuring a lifetime warranty. The Quantum Backburner uses 100% Stainless Steel foam which provides much more BTU heat for quicker more efficient rotisserie grilling.   It includes a Stainless Steel Cover to protect the back burner when not in use.		Smooth, seamless lines with polished highlights that feature back-lit knobs (at 41°) with comfort touch grips and flame icons for convenience and safety (flame turns red when on).
