Also includes pH liquid reagent for pH, ALK liquid reagent for total alkalinity, CH2 liquid reagent for calcium hardness, CH1 liquid reagent for calcium hardness, CYA Test Tabs for Cyanuric Acid and 5 ml Color Q 6 Test Tube.

Most of the liquid reagents were either expired or about to expire. They sent a replacement, but it had the same issue.

30% cheaper than anyone else on the internet. I wrote ahead asking please don’t send me expired reagents. Well of the 7 liquid test reagents two will expire in less than 6 months, one expired a month past. I immediately emailed Pool Warehouse to see how this can be remedied. Response took 2 days. Second inquiry one day after saying expect 2-5 day response. It’s past 5 days- so far nothing… This happened to me on Amazon once previously too. These reagencts are {in general} expensive and do not give stable results once expired. If I get stuck with them I’ll likely throw this whole test kit in the trash and just have my local pool company perform the free water tests (though they are a bit of a drive and it’s less convenient for me). I’ve emailed LaMotte with the same concern about sellers and expired reagents and what is a reasonable time range before a seller might replace inventory (year ahead, 6 months ahead?). Been over a week and no response from them either. I’ve been using the ColorQ 7 spectrometer since ~2005 -might be time to toss it and do something else…
